Tulips For Mom

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of iBulb for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I've mentioned to all of you before that my mom has severe food allergies. Well, unfortunately her allergies don't stop there. She also has seasonal allergies, especially when it comes to pollen and flowers. Oh how I wish I could treat her to a big bouquet of her favorite posies...tulips! As long as I can remember she has loved tulips!

But for those of you out there who indeed can treat special people in your life with flowers, let me introduce you to iBulb

iBulb is a flowering initiative from Anthos, Holland's Royal Trade Association for Nursery Stock and Flower Bulbs. Set up in January 2012, this foundation focuses on the financing and implementation of three activities important for the Dutch flower bulb sector: promotion, technical research, and market access. iBulb supports 85 Dutch companies in dry sales and forcing business which together make up 90% of Holland's flower bulb business.
Bulbs make great gifts for Easter and Mother's Day, especially for the individual who enjoys something that lasts. The potted plant might not be blooming when first received, but will be enjoyed into the future and can even be replanted next year.
Potted bulbs are perfect for those of us who forgot to plant bulbs in the fall and now all of our neighbors are enjoying theirs! You can purchase potted bulbs at grocery stores, garden centers and/or flower shops.
Potted bulbs can also be fun projects to do with kids! For a beautiful Easter table, what about a potted bulb centerpiece?

All you need is a planter, potted tulip (crocus, lily or daffodil) and Easter eggs. Place potted tulip into the planter (watering before), and add Easter eggs to the planter. How pretty! How fun! And so incredibly easy for little hands to help with!
So if you're looking for a way to add a little Spring to your home, or a beautiful gift for an upcoming occasion, look no further than potted bulbs!
